Technical process The animal carcasses and related animal products may be crushed and pretreated as appropriate. 　

Send animal carcasses and related animal products or broken products into high temperature and high pressure containers. The total mass shall not exceed four-fifths of the total capacity of the container.

The center temperature of the processed object is ≥160℃, the pressure is ≥0.6MPa (absolute pressure), and the processing time is ≥4h (the specific processing time is set according to the type and volume of animal carcasses and related animal products or broken products) . After the end of the high temperature and high pressure, the first solid-liquid separation is performed on the treated material. After the solids are crushed, they are sent to the drying system; the liquid part is sent to the oil-water separation system for treatment.

Operation precautions 　

The operators of high temperature and high pressure vessels shall meet relevant professional requirements.After the treatment, the wall, floor and related tools must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. The condensate discharge water shall be discharged after cooling, and the generated wastewater shall be discharged after being treated by the sewage treatment system to reach the standard. 　

The waste gas in the treatment workshop shall be treated by installing automatic spray disinfection system, exhaust system and high efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA filter), etc., and discharge after reaching the standard. 　　　　

Direct burial method 　　

Site selection requirements should choose a location with high dryness and downwind. 　　

It should be far away from animal breeding plants (feeding communities), animal slaughter and processing places, animal isolation places, animal diagnosis and treatment places, animal and animal product markets, and drinking water sources. 　　

It should be far away from urban residential areas, cultural, educational and scientific research and other densely populated areas, major rivers, roads, and railways and other major transportation routes.
